Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed once received.

To request a return please email [email protected] with your order number, name and contact number.

In order to return an item it must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date at the buyers expense. It must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Please use a tracked service to ensure your return arrives safely, include your name in the package. Failure to do so will cause delays with your refund.

We are unable to refund your original or return postage costs. 

If an item is returned without its original packaging intact we will charge a 10% restocking fee

If an item is returned damaged we have the right to deduct up to 50% of the original purchase price

We highly recommend contacting us prior to purchasing to avoid unnecessary returns

Faulty Items 

In the unlikely event your product arrives faulty. Please contact us first on [email protected] and one of the team will get back to you promptly.

Please note, our tuning kits should not be shrink wrapped or secured with electrical tape as this can damage the connections and cause moisture build up. We cannot replace any tuning kit under warranty if it returned to us with any of the following;

1. Shrink Wrapped

2. Wrapped in electrical tape or similar

3. Dirty (mud, grease etc) 

Products that are sent back to us in any the above condition are not eligible for replacement

IMPORTANT: Please include your name & order number in your package, failure to do so will cause delays with your refund/exchange. Please share your return proof of postage/tracking number so we monitor the return. Items sent back without proof of postage or a tracking number risk being lost and refunds being denied.
