When following this process please ensure that the Scout is not armed and remove it from FindMy, the Knog app and your phones bluetooth settings. Then follow the process here:

The last step of pressing and holding the button while connecting the power cable can be a little tricky and may take a few tries - you will know that the reset is successful when you hear three long identical beeps. If you hear any other tone or melody, this indicates an unsuccessful reset and you will need to repeat this step. Please not that the button must be pressed at the exact same time as you insert the cable to result in a successful reset.
 
Once the reset is completed, set the Scout up again and make sure you allow the bonded bluetooth connection in the app when it is requested and it should work as normal.
